Coimex Capital was created as the result of the Coimex Group's experience in the real estate and diversified investments.

The company operates in São Paulo and Espírito Santo, a viable range trough strategic partnerships with national and regional players, such as are Abyara, Comprofar and Construvix Construtora e Incorporadora.

As part of its strategy, Coimex Capital pays attention to business opportunities and the demand profile in each region in order to develop competitive products on the market. To do so, it is pursuing new building technologies to make the projects more economical, preserving the quality of the product and concepts of social and environmental responsibility.
