46.2% of the Coimex Group's investment, by value, is in distribution and port logistics. This is also the area in which the group is currently investing most heavily, both in new businesses and in updating of the Logistics solutions that its companies offer.

In distribution logistics, the Coimex Group expands its activities in the Brazilian market through Tegma Gestão Logística.

Port logistics is an area in which the group will grow significantly through EMBRAPORT - Empresa Brasileira de Terminais Portuários and Companhia Portuária Vila Velha (CPVV). EMBRAPORT is the company that is creating a major multi-use integrated port terminal on new land in Santos, São Paulo State. The new terminal will be a major logistical asset for the country's foreign trade sector. Companhia Portuária Vila Velha (CPVV) is Brazil's first private-sector port dedicated to the oil industry.
