OTHER INVESTMENTS

As well as its expertise in foreign trade and logistics, the Coimex Group has diversified investments which reflect its entrepreneurial capacity to take and shape investment opportunities in market areas that have growth potential. Two examples: (i) its investment in highway concession services - through its holding in RodoSol, the concession holder for the Rodovia do Sol highway (in Espírito Santo State); and (ii) its investment in financial services, through its 100% holding in Coimex Administração de Consórcios (Coimex Consórcios), an operator of the "consortium" financing system for acquisition of assets.
