The Coimex Group's holding company - Coimexpar (Coimex Empreendimentos e Participações) focuses its approach entirely on the commitment to growth, while defining the inter-group strategy between its various companies, to optimize allocation of resources and investments between the group's various areas of activity.

Created in 2000, Coimexpar is the guardian of the Group's organizational culture - operating to add ethical, human and strategic values to the companies, and aiming to maintain unity, identity and synergy between them all.

The holding company is present on the Boards of Directors of all the companies in which the Coimex Group has a stockholding. This successfully enables it to monitor the management of each company continuously and rigorously, creating advantageous conditions for debate and strategic orientation of the businesses, and also giving stockholders both rigid control of the risks inherent to each activity, and the optimum return on their investments.
